My husband stopped by for a quote to fix a dent and get the driver door to sit flush again. From the start, the guy giving the estimate wouldn’t listen. My husband repeatedly explained there was a dent under the hinge that needed to be pulled, but he kept insisting there was no dent and that the only solution was a new door and two hinges. For context, my husband has over 20 years of experience as a mechanic. While body work isn’t his specialty, he’s very mechanically inclined and knows how vehicles are put together. Despite this, the guy completely dismissed what he was saying and quoted around $4,000, even showing a used door as part of the estimate. My husband went to a junkyard, bought a door and two hinges for $200, and did the work himself. Once again, he found exactly what he had originally pointed out — a dent under the hinge that needs to be pulled. Because that issue wasn’t addressed, the door still doesn’t close correctly. This wasn’t a hidden issue or a simple misunderstanding. The problem was ignored because the shop refused to listen and jumped straight to an expensive, incorrect solution. Extremely frustrating experience. I would not recommend this shop to anyone

Didn’t want to take me on as a client because all I needed was them to paint and fix my hood. Super rude and smug when I made an appointment, said “Ima pass man, if I can’t charge you for parts it’s not worth my time.” Insurance only so if you need simple repairs outta pocket they don’t need your business apparently.

My dealership recommended the shop to me after someone backed into my brand new car. My advisor they are the best in town so I went in and got my car fixed at shop. They did an amazing job. All I need was to drop off the car and have them claim number. They got it fixed, filed supplement and worked directly with my insurance company. Very professional. Picked it up and it’s like brand new. Post-repair service was AMAZING as well. Strongly recommend y’all go to DYLAN for questions and concerns. He answered all my questions clearly. I had to bother him twice but he made me feel so welcomed. He was so nice, did not hesitate to assist me with all my questions I had about the safety features. He spent time to listen to my issues, got to checked immediately and explained everything. Really appreciated it. Keep up the good work. Thank you guys.
